Want to feel energised and in control? Balanced, lighter and optimistic? Informed about what's happening and what you can do to support your changes?
Let's build a stronger, happier and more confident you!

You've always been active — running, lifting, cycling, rowing, Pilates, going to the gym: it’s part of who you are and how you do life.
But, over the last few years, something has shifted.
Your body doesn’t respond in the same way anymore.
Your energy isn’t reliable.
Your motivation fluctuates.
Your recovery feels slower.
Your mood is harder to stabilise.
What used to work, no longer seems to - and it feels a version of you is slowly slipping away.
But - don't hang up your trainers!
What we eat, how and when we eat it, and the way we live our lives can affect how the challenges of perimenopause impact us, especially regarding training and recovery.
The hormonal shifts of perimenopause mean that women's bodies function and respond differently to how they did in younger adult years. What used to work - and what you could probably get away with in your twenties and thirties - may no longer be the case.
Nutrition and lifestyle play a big part in supporting how our body responds and performs. What we eat literally becomes the building blocks of your body. Paying attention to your symptoms and listening to what your body needs enables you to start working with your body and optimise the best version of you.
Using a detailed health history, consideration of your current diet and training regime, and in collaboration with you, I create nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that support your symptoms and goals and fit within the constraints of your daily life, helping you to get back to doing what you love most.

I help active women navigate perimenopause with practical nutrition strategies that support training, recovery, and energy—so they can keep enjoying the activities that make them feel like themselves.

“Working with Lizzie was a really positive and supportive experience. She helped me develop a much better understanding of fuelling, training and recovery, and encouraged me to listen to my body with more confidence.
